How do I check on the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. To view the status of your order, simply click on the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

How and when are confirmations sent out?
Kitchen Etc. order confirmations are sent to you automatically via e-mail. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us using our Order Inquiries Form or call us toll-free at (800) 571-6316. For callers outside of the US and Canada, please call (310) 664-3220. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST. We will make every effort to respond within one business day.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Kitchen Etc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. Please refer to our Secure Ordering Policy for information on secure credit card transactions. You may also pay by check or money order.

How can I give someone gifts from Kitchen Etc.?
Kitchen Etc. shoppers can ship gifts directly to friends and loved ones! During the Checkout process, simply indicate where you'd like your items sent. Kitchen Etc. offers a gift wrapping option for $4.95 per item. When you choose to gift wrap an item in your shipment, Kitchen Etc. offers one complimentary gift card per shipment.

Please note: oversized items or some shipped directly from the vendor will not offer gift-wrap. See the product pages for details about particular items.

Does Kitchen Etc. charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California. California state law requires a sales tax on the full amount of the order.

Can I place an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock?
We currently do not have a backorder system in place at Kitchen Etc.; however, when a product is out of stock you may click on the "Email me when back in stock" link and we will alert you when your selected product is in stock.
