Price Guarantee
We will guarantee our prices for 30 days from the purchase date. If you find the same item you’ve already purchased on our site within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will happily refund the difference.
Adjustments to Site, Catalog or other Communications
While we strive to present only the most accurate information possible on our Site and in Newsletters, an incorrect price or description may appear despite our best efforts. If such an error occurs, our policy is:
- If the item price we've listed is higher than the item's correct price, we will charge you the lower amount.
- If the item price we've listed is lower than the item's correct price, we may contact you to communicate the discrepancy and to request further instruction before shipping. If we are not able to reach you after 7 days we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
Price Matching Policy
Kitchen Etc. strives to always bring you the finest quality products at competitive prices. We work hard to maintain competitive pricing within our industry by continually reassessing our pricing against the competition. We do occasionally match prices on an exception basis. Please verify the following:
- Model number of the item.
- Website URL or phone number for retailer where product is sold.

Please note the following requirements/restrictions:
- Product in competitor's store/website must be in stock
- Product must be exact model match.
- Price must be regular retail, not a sale price (White sales, Credit card sign-up discounts, Specials/promotions, or closeouts).
- Prices from 'Membership' retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, or PriceClub) are not considered.
Price Match requests that do not meet the above requirements/restrictions will not be considered.
